* We use high quality 14 gauge steel with solid iron bars for our products making them durable and long lasting;
* Tube size for Jamb thickness is 50*150*2.5mm,Tube size for door is 50*100*2.5mm.
* Highed Glass Frame with Clean Thumb Latch release, hinged in a separate frame allowing it to open to the inside of the house for easy cleaning and repair; includes 18mm dual pane tempered glasses for energy efficiency.Glasses options: clear glass and sandblast glass.
* All doors are pre-hung units with flush bolts;
* All entry doors come with heavy duty ball bearing decorative Italian Finial hinges "Beautiful", heavy duty weather stripping around Jamb and Glass Frame;
* We use high quality weather stripping to ensure the longest life of our entry door (jamb and t-astragal);
* Bottom sill/threshold gap is 2 (sweeper and threshold is included);
* Predrilled installation tabs are welded perpendicular to the jamb;
* Door weight depends on the dimension and iron work design and intricacy. A single door measuring 36 x 96 can weigh up to 150 pounds; and A double door measuring 72" x 108" can wight up to 300 pounds.
* Sand Blast, Hot Zinc spray, primer paint to keep away from rust. Finish coated with finish specified. All entry doors are insulated with Thermal High density injected Poly-urethane foam;
* Flush-bolts are provided for all inactive door sections on the entry double door;
* If customer required, our door will be installed the handles and locksets with extra charges.
* Beautiful fauxed finishes with various colors to best suit your needs. A clear coating is applied to provide longer life and protection to the product, No Visible Welds, Always Smooth to the Touch;
* You may specify an inward or outward swing which can be hinged left or right from the outside of the home looking in.
