General Information:
1.Door jambs are made of 13gauge steel 2¡±*6¡±widths.
2.Door are made of 2¡±*6¡± & 13gauge steel.
3.All scrollwork is hand forged out of 5/8¡±rectangular steel.
4.All doors are pre-hung.Frames are equipped with mounting flanges to secure the flame and lag bolts can be used.
5.Interior glass panels open independently on all doors.
6.All doors have 5/8¡±tempered insulated glass.
7.All doors have mortise and tendon ball bearing hinges with grease fittings.
8.All doors are fully insulated with high grade foam insulation throughout the jamb and door.
9.Door and frame are fully weatherstripped.
10.Double door units are provided with flush bolts to secure the inactive door both at the top and at the bottom.
11.13. Prior to painting,these doors are sandblasted and then hot zinc coated to protect them from rust.They are painted with high quality (lead free) paint and baked to harden.Next the doors are faux painted to create a very handsome look and a clear coat is applied.The clear coating is baked to give an enduring finish and lasting protection from the element. |
